Celebrating St. Patrick's Day!

       First Grade celebrated St. Patrick's Day by eating a leprechaun breakfast.  Students feasted on green grapes, Honey Dew melon, bagels with green cream cheese,  Leprechaun brains (green and gold jello shaped like a brain), and green fizzy laughing juice.  The class also enjoyed looking at pictures of Ireland, reading Irish nursery rhymes, and dancing an Irish jig to Irish music.  The class was also visited by a bunch of mischievous leprechauns who turned tables, chairs, and even our calendar upside down.  However, the class enjoyed finding treat bags left behind by the wee folk!   Take a look at some pictures from our celebration!
